Chapter 12 - Try This

So one of my work colleagues, Stacy, and I were talking the other day. We were brainstorming some new and fun activities for the store and while doing so, she reminded me of our value-add to customers. It's not like I forgot it, but rather it comes so naturally to all of us that I sometimes take it for granted and forget that most big box stores and online algorithms don't/can't do this.

And here it is - we are big proponents of and well-versed in recommendations! That may not seem like a big deal but often customers run out of their favorite author reads and are looking for someone just like him/her. Other times customers have read a book and want other ones which take place in the same time period or tell a different but similar story.
